As you are aware, Sadhana Saptah 2026 is scheduled from 2nd to 8th April 2026 under Mission Karmayogi, as a focused, nation-wide initiative to strengthen capacity building across Ministries, Departments, Organisations, States/UTs and Civil Services Training Institutions.

The week-long programme will commence with a National Conclave on 2nd April 2026 from 10:00 AM onwards, formally inaugurating Sadhana Saptah and setting the direction for the learning engagements on the iGOT Karmayogi platform.

The inaugural session will also feature key launches and initiatives aimed at strengthening the capacity building ecosystem, including new learning programmes, platform features and approaches to enable continuous, outcome-oriented learning across government.
