We are delighted to announce the upcoming ‘Karmayogi Talks’ on Wednesday, 3 December at 9:30 AM, at the iGOT Karmayogi platform.  

The 50th episode will feature Dr. Nishant Gemini, Head of the Department of Physiotherapy, to explore the vital theme of ‘Healthy Body, Effective Governance: Physiotherapy Insights for Today’s Workforce’ - A conversation on how physical well-being fuels administrative efficiency.

Dr. Nishant Gemini is a distinguished expert in physiotherapy and rehabilitation. He is currently the Head of the Department of Physiotherapy and has over two decades of clinical and training experience. Dr. Nishant has treated over 28,000 patients and mentored numerous students and practitioners across the country. His special interests include musculoskeletal manipulation, spinal and sports rehabilitation, and post-operative recovery. He has been associated with some of the country's leading universities as an examiner and has been a guest speaker at numerous national conferences and professional forums. In recognition of his work, Dr. Nishant has received several awards, including the Physio Excellence Award from AIIMS (2017), Jewel of Indian Physio (2018), and Guru Drona Award (2025).

This session will provide actionable guidance on posture, ergonomics, workplace mobility, and preventive care, essential for enhancing well-being, reducing fatigue, and supporting sustained performance in today’s dynamic government work environment. The discussion will highlight simple, evidence-based physiotherapy practices that officials can integrate into their daily routines to remain healthy, energised, and effective.
